Fast Spectrophotometric Color-Meters CMS-35SP and CMS-35FS
 |
CMS-35SP
Hi-leveled optical design and quality control enable improved repeatability of the measuring data and measurement stability.
It helps color management in various fields from research/development to the manufacturing. CMS-35SP is also ideal for
use in computerized color matching systems, as it can be configured to share data among multiple business offices.
CMS-35FS Fixed type sensor can make direct measurements of the sample under difficult geometries and configurations. The
use of an exchangeable flexible sensor heads allows measurement for the micro spaced, uneven surfaced samples. Accurate
positioning measurement is available by using an optional stand. |
Fast Spectrophotometric Transmittance Meter DOT-3C
 |
The instrument is designed for measuring diffuse transmittance, equipped with an integrating
sphere with diffuse illumination. It provides precise and stable measurements, especially in the transmittance
measurement for the light diffusible objects and specimen which are being transparent, translucent or with
concavo-convex, and even lenses. The double-beam mechanism offers a long stability of the performance, and
a specimen table allows easy placement of samples. The DOT-3C can measure very thick samples (max 30mm),
making it ideal for the measurement of the transmitted color for the lenses of spectacles. |
Gloss Meter GM-26PRO, GM-26PRO/Auto
 |
GM-26PRO is a specular gloss meter for 20° & 60° and designed to conform with
ISO, ASTM or JIS, local and overseas standards.
Compact design, in which a sensor and a display are combined into one unit with high accuracy and
excellent reliability, could solve the polarizing properties of the light source. This is priced
below our conventional model of GM-26D. Easy measurement with simple set up of the sample,
makes improved and effective operation.
The newly developed GM-26PRO/AUTO can offer easy operation at the touch of a button with output functions
for the calibration, average measurement or measuring values. |
Gloss Meter GM-3D
 |
The measurement with changeable angle is available from 20 ° to ?@85° furthermore,
the color measurement, even for reference value, also can be possible by attached filters of tristimulus values.
|
Portable GlossMeters GMX-102, GMX-203
 |
Portable shoulder type instruments, conforming with the international standards
of JIS or ASTM etc., are lighter than the conventional products. Since the power supply uses
a built-in chargeable battery allowing both for the alternating/direct currents, usage for indoor
or outdoor is acceptable.
Type 102 has excellent mobilization with cordless system, exclusively being used for 60° measurement.
Type 203 is available for the selection at each measuring angles of 60°, 20°, 75°, and has
unrivaled measurement accuracy and reliability.
|
Variable GlossMeter RM-3D
 |
The optical system is equipped with the incident and receiving
angles of 45°. This portable reflectance instrument can be powered by AC or DC. The sensor unit
can be operated by one hand with handle switch type
that makes on-the-spot measurement easier. The instrument can measure not only the flat mirror
but the curved mirror with a radius more than 100mm, almost in no errors. Apart from the front
coated mirror, the thick rear coated mirror can be measured by changing an adaptor for the measurement window.
|
GR-4/GR-2 On-Line Gloss Monitor
 |
Papers or plastics, running on the continuous production line, can be measured and displayed
without touching the surface gloss of the products.
In the production process, speedy quality control is available. GR-4 is newly developed
for automatic calibration. Automatic calibration is performed on
the inner standard plate by an air cylinder that moves an optical circuit board.
|
On-Line ColorMonitor CMTS-5000
|
The CMTS-5000 is a color management monitoring instrument
that enables long term stable monitoring at the coloring process of the continuous production line
for papers, steel plates and films etc. Spectral reflectance of the products is processed and displayed
on the computer.
On the monitor, the spectral distribution graph, color difference values or color difference
graphs are displayed for easy comprehension, and the outer alert works in case of process failure.
The instrument consists of the light source, sensor and receptor, designed to be robust against vibration
or temperature at the manufacturing site. Furthermore, our original system for the spectral, receptor,
double beam and perfect auto-calibration provides excellent reliability.
|
On-Line ColorMonitor CMTS-5000T
|
The CMTS-5000T is designed for continuous measurement of transmitted color during the production process
of the films or sheets. The computer controller monitors for the manufacturing conditions in user-friendly manner.
The outer alert output works if the standard values exceed a preset, fixed range. The calibration of
the transmission color measurement is automatic, using an air cylinder.
The measurement data are displayed with color difference values, CIELAB values, transmittance, polarized color
decision values, or spectral curved lines, and an observation system has been established by the
average data recording every one minute. The system structure is divided into three mechanisms of light source,
receptor (equipped with air conditioner), color measurement head (scanner type), and the adoption of individual
high airtight structure allows to minimize the error operation caused by powder dust or temperature at the
manufacturing site. The color measurement system matches to all sorts of the manufacturing site by adoption
of the light guide system (optical fiber).
